Buying in TODAY'S Real Estate market

I find it harder than ever to find suitable properties for my Buyers to consider.  Many properties are listed on the MLS in order to satisfy Lender requirements for Loan Modifications.  Others are so over-priced, you wonder what the Seller, and their Listing Agent are trying to accomplish!  Buyers are out in droves looking for a GREAT house, at an even BETTER price!  I'm afraid what they are finding does not fit the bill.  Mold, poor location, clutter, pet odor, out-dated interiors and poor curb appeal.  Am I alone in my feelings?  I want to feel proud and optomistic when I ask a Buyer to take time away from their day to tour property with me.  Our Buyers deserve BETTER!
